Renaissance Recordings is a UK recording label founded by the club ‘Renaissance’ back in 1994. The infamous label created a mixture of compilations and singles from their base in Nottingham and had over 300 releases.
Numerous recordings charted throughout their history including the likes of : Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo,Robert Babicz, Paul Woolford, Jim Rivers, Anthony Pappa, Chloe Harris, Jim Rivers, D. Ramirez, John Digweed, Spencer Parker, Sian,Karotte, Zoo Brazil, Tommy Four Seven, Kiki, Wally Lopez, Joakim, Zoo Brazil, Pirupa, Max Cooper, Dave Seaman, Francois K, Umek, Ripperton, Âme, Valentino Kanzyani and over 400 other DJs.
Renaissance went into liquidation in 2008 when Phoenix stepped in and bought the rights to the back catalogue.
