ABOUT
Steve Cobby is a versatile musician with a nearly 35-year career characterized by a unique blend of genres, a DIY ethic, and strong ties to Kingston-Upon-Hull. Best known for his work with David 'Man' McSherry as Fila Brazillia, Cobby has also been involved in numerous collaborative projects and remixes for artists like Radiohead and The Orb. Despite his many joint ventures, some of Cobby’s most notable work is his solo material, released under various aliases and later his own name. His recent solo albums, including I've Loved You All My Life (2021) and The New Law of Righteousness(2023), showcase his diverse musical influences and ability to create both dancefloor and immersive soundscapes.
