Celebrating 40 years of 'Sexy Music' by The Nolans

We're celebrating forty years since The Nolans became the first European act to win the Tokyo Music Festival with a brand new lyric video for their first place song, 'Sexy Music'!

Following The Nolans' win in 1981, 'Sexy Music' reached No. 1 in the Japanese Charts and was later translated into Japanese and covered by Japanese Idol duo, Wink.

The Nolans are often referred to as 'Ireland's First Family of Music'. The sisters, Coleen, Maureen, Anne, Linda, Denise and Bernie, have garnered countless hits across the disco, pop and dance genres; making The Nolans one of the world's biggest selling girl groups ever.

You can stream and download 'Sexy Music', along with re-records of The Nolans' greatest hits, including 'I'm in the Mood for Dancing', on our album, 'The Best of The Nolan Sisters'.
