After completing her apprenticeship, Katie was offered a full-time position in 2018. Since then, she has become an integral part of shaping and overseeing the company's image. Now serving as the lead graphic designer at Phoenix, she plays a key role in the development and execution of the creative concepts behind all new digital products for websites, social media, advertising, and presentations.
