Mariya has been an integral part of Phoenix Music International for over a decade, bringing with her a Master’s Degree in Music Industry Management and a vibrant, eclectic background shaped by her bohemian upbringing in Bulgaria. Driven by a deep passion for music and a strong understanding of the industry, she quickly made her mark on the London scene, working successfully with a diverse range of artists and bands.

Since joining Phoenix, Mariya’s expertise in copyright and rights management has been instrumental in the reorganisation of the company’s publishing operations and in strengthening the market presence of its master rights. After leading both the Digital and Publishing departments, she now serves as Chief Operations Officer, where she continues to drive innovation and growth across the business.
