In memory of Felix Hines, Jess was the first apprentice here at Phoenix in 2015, since then she has grown within the company, advancing through our extensive back catalogue and becoming an expert in all things Reggae! Jess thoroughly enjoys working within music first hand and, having progressed further within Phoenix, she is now our Catalogue and Licensing Manager.
