Jess began her career with Phoenix in 2015 as our very first apprentice, joining in memory of Felix Hines. Driven by a genuine passion for music, Jess is proud to play a central role with the company, having since earned her Master’s degree in Music Business and developed deep expertise in rights management.

Now as Head of Catalogue and Licensing, Jess leads the strategic management and optimisation of our extensive catalogue and oversees all creative licensing, including sync placements, sample clearance, and broader licensing opportunities.
